Where: Bao Bei Chinese Brasserie, located at the edge of Chinatown
When: Dinner
Why: I've had my doubts about Asian fusion cuisine, finding it to be a poor combination from past experiences. However, this place looked promising and had been given positive reviews before, so I thought I'd give it a try.
Verdict: This turned out to be surprisingly good for Asian fusion. Might have to go back and order some dishes from the second page of the menu.
