A new restaurant, Kawawa Ramen Place, opened up at the mall and out of curiousity, I wandered in and ordered myself a bowl of hot shoyu ramen. The dish came with a ladle, so you can slurp your noodles to your heart's content. And the noodles were definitely slurp-worthy: soft, chewy and tender, just the way I like them. Other ingredients included a large thin slice of pork, bean sprouts, seaweed and bamboo shoots which added to the flavour of the broth. I will definitely be coming back to this place again.
